Yes

Percentage of employees assessed, directly or by representative sample:
100

A brief description of the institution’s methodology for evaluating employee satisfaction and engagement:
NJIT evaluates its employee satisfaction and engagement through Gallup Q12 Survey. On November 7th through November 18th 2022, all full time faculty and staff received a unique link to their NJIT email to participate. The survey is anonymous and collected through Gallup. The survey contains 12 questions based on basic, individual, teamwork and employee growth needs. These 12 elements of employee engagement make up the items on Gallup’s Q12 survey.

A brief description of the mechanism(s) by which the institution addresses issues raised by the evaluation:
The community results will be available in January 2023. Once the report is received it will be shared with the university, areas that have 4 or more participants will receive local results of their area's current engagement.

Gallup will guide NJIT in producing an action plan to create more engagement across all levels. This plan will be shared as everyone has a responsibility to contribute towards campus engagement.
