A brief description of the campaign(s):
WE Recycle is NC State's Stadium Tailgate Program. The program relies on volunteers, cruising the tailgating lots in the hours before the game to stress the importance of recycling to the whole NC State community. Volunteers on trucks and on foot encourage fans to recycle and hand out drink koozies to avid recyclers.

A brief description of the measured positive impact(s) of the campaign(s):
Started in 2003, the program recycles nearly 20 tons of beverage containers each season, making it one of the nation's most productive stadium recycling efforts. In the first three years, the program saw its totals double each year as additional bins were added to the tailgating areas.
