A brief description of the program:
ZipCar is an international car-share program that allows members to have 24/7 access to shared vehicles at a low, all-inclusive hourly or daily rate which includes the cost of gas, insurance and mileage. The ZipCar program at NC State was launched in conjunction with Meredith College, providing a community-wide option with three campus locations at NCSU and two locations at Meredith. NCSU students, faculty and staff who are 18+ years of age can enroll as Zipcar members and check out cars by the hour or daily, for up to four consecutive days.
