Structured questions are included in the campus climate survey distributed every spring (Survey monkey tool). The results are discussed at the executive team summer retreat and a plan is created for implementation the following school year.

A brief description of the most recent assessment findings and how the results are used in shaping policy, programs and initiatives:
A previous report presented the lack of all-gender restrooms as a concern on campus. A subsequent follow-up survey was released to the campus, and ultimately informed the changing of signs on single stall restrooms. The most recent improvement includes a student funded multi-stall all gender restroom renovation.
DACA, has been another concern expressed, and the president continues to update the campus on national movements, and ensure that NSC is doing everything it can to support this group of students.

A brief description of how the assessment results are shared with the campus community:
North has a all campus staff and faculty meeting prior to the Fall quarter where results are shared. A break out session occurs following the presentation where further feedback is gathered regarding concerns and next steps.
