A brief description of the institution’s methodology for evaluating employee satisfaction and engagement:
100% of campus employees are sent a yearly survey. We conduct an annual anonymous survey using a web - based survey utility, most recently using Survey Monkey. Once an employee responds to the survey, item responses are recorded in an Excel spreadsheet. No personally - identifiable information (such as email address or IP address) is recorded in this data set.
A brief description of the mechanism(s) by which the institution addresses issues raised by the evaluation (including examples from the previous three years):
The survey is distributed in the spring, and the executive team develop a plan for addressing issues during their August retreat.
