OCAD U has 148 (Tenure, Tenure-Track, CLTA and Continuing) faculty members, in addition we have 24 Teaching Stream faculty, but not all those faculty members would have the 10% research focus requirement. 172 employees is used as an approximation of employees that conduct research.
