The Center of Excellence uses TEW (Treated Effluent Water) from the neighboring Waste Water Treatment Plant to provide water for grounds irrigation, as well as for the water closets/urinals in the summer months.

2005/2006 Utility Billing Data was inconsistent due to University/College Split and changes to record keeping structure.
We opted instead for an estimate based upon a trend line calculated from the three years: (Fiscal years ending on March 31, 2008,09,10)
