A brief description of the institution’s indoor air quality program(s) (including information about regular auditing or monitoring, mechanisms for occupants to register complaints, and action plans):
UOIT has installed CO2 sensors in our mechanical systems to provide an indicator of the level of the CO2 within the building. We control our fresh air intakes to increase the amount of OA once the CO2 reaches 700ppm. We maintain 20% OA setting as a minimum.
Our clients use a couple of methods to request a review of their specific area of concern, first by calling the service desk which is then routed to a service technician and secondly to our office.
All of our buildings are fully automated so we have several data points available to use for review purposes.
