All full-time staff and faculty participate in employee satisfaction and engagement surveys. Additionally, department heads conduct employee satisfaction initiatives individually.

The Ontario Tech U Human Resources department analyses this data and is continuously enforcing best practices. Representatives visit other campuses to gain ideas to help improve employee satisfaction here.
