A brief description of the farmers’ market:
The Organic Growers Club hosts weekly Vegetable sales on Fridays on the OSU campus. The vegetables are grown on the OSU Organic Growers Club Farm using principles of permaculture and sustainability.
The Clark Meat Center is also on campus and open for the community to buy meat from OSU livestock. More information on the Clark Meat Center can be found at http://ans.oregonstate.edu/research/clark.htm.
These sales are in addition to a biweekly farmers market that occurs within walking distance of the OSU campus. OSU supports the Corvallis farmers market in a variety of ways as well.
