OSU uses the labor code Collegiate Licensing Company has established. OSU policy prohibits adopting limits on eligibility to enter business agreements unless based on ability to perform, evidence of illegal activities or other criteria provided by statute or Board rule.
OSU attempts to ensure that the companies making products that bear the university's name are not participating in situations that put workers' rights and safety in jeopardy. OSU follows industry guides but can't participate as a member in WRC or FLA.
