A brief description of the institution’s LGBTQ-inclusive policies, programs and practices:
Oregon State University's Pride Center provides programs and support services for lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer, questioning, intersex, and asexual members of the on-campus and online OSU community and their allies (LGBTQQIAA). The Pride Center affirms the identities and empowers the lives of people who are LGBTQQIAA by providing education, outreach, program support, consultation, community development, visibility, and advocacy. The Pride Center is a safe space for all members of our community to explore aspects of sexual orientation and gender identity in an open and non-judgmental atmosphere.
Some programming includes quarterly drag shows, Queer History Month keynote speaker and workshops, Pride Connect to welcome new students, Self Care Workshop Series and more. Other programs and events can be found here:
