Each category includes a series of questions for lab personnel, as well as tips and advice for how to improve actions and scores in the Certification. After a survey submission, the Sustainability Office assess the responses, provides a score and then - most importantly - provides custom, personalized feedback, training and resources to help create a cleaner and greener research community. This also helps improve scores if the lab resubmits data at any point in the future to attempt to reach the next certification level. Level is include Copper, Silver, Gold and Platinum.
