A brief description of the institution’s efforts to support alternative fuel and power technology in its motorized fleet:
At the start of 2023, as part of Penn State's Climate Action Agenda, the institution is moving to replacing all vehicles with electric/alternative fuel as fleet vehicles are being replaced. This report covers AY 2021-2022 prior to this policy change. As of the time of writing, we are looking to make our first EV fleet vehicle purchases, including two M&O vans and one parking attendant SUV.
