A 30-credit program designed to provide a solid training on the basic concepts and tools that integrate sustainability issues related to engineering. It also involves the acquisition of specific knowledge in certain areas of engineering where sustainable development concepts are strongly implemented.

This 12-credit graduate-level microprogram aims to provide a solid training in basic concepts and tools integrating the notions of sustainable development for issues related to engineering. It also aims to acquire specific knowledge in certain engineering sectors where the notions of sustainable development are strongly applied.

Graduate Microprogram in Resilience Engineering and Technological Risk Management

A brief description of the graduate minor, concentration or certificate (3rd program):
This graduate-level microprogram put the emphasis on the definition, analysis and management of technological risks, and resilience engineering. It aims to give participants a capacity for a global and systemic approach to the challenges of risk management, to identify and study the risk generators as well as their consequences on the socio-economic environment. It will allow participants to familiarize themselves with all the aspects of resilience engineering including, among others, emergency measures and operational continuity. In addition, this microprogram allows you to become an affiliate member of the Business Continuity Institute* (BCI), which is a first step in a certification process with this organization.
