Documentation
Do the figures reported above cover one, two, or three academic years?:
One
A brief description of the methodology used to complete the course inventory :
A spreadsheet of course titles and descriptions of courses offered by the University in one academic year (2019-2020) are requested from the Registrar’s office and then reviewed to distinguish content that is sustainability focused versus sustainability inclusive. Internships, practicums, independent study, special topics, thesis/dissertation, performance arts/practice-oriented courses, mandatory research conduct courses, and courses with four or fewer students were not included in the course totals
How were courses with multiple offerings or sections counted for the figures reported above?:
Other (please describe below)
A brief description of how courses with multiple offerings or sections were counted:
We count each time a course is offered as a separate course so if a course is held once in the fall term and once in the spring term then it is counted as 2 courses. Same with sections. If a course has two sections, then it is counted twice.
