Percentage of new employees that are offered orientation and/or outreach and guidance materials that cover sustainability topics:
90
A brief description of how sustainability is included in new employee orientation:
Most of new employees receive an official campus tour that contains stops meant to highlight sustainability components of the campus (bike share, organic garden, recycling, energy efficiency, etc). The reason behind the 90% statistic is that not all new employees are able to fit a campus tour in their orientation schedule. All new employees receive an orientation/new employee booklet containing information about sustainability.
