Institution employs LCCA as a matter of policy and standard practice when evaluating all energy- and water-using products, systems and building components

A brief description of the LCCA policy and/or practices:
Total cost of ownership is prioritized over purchase price. We have started a green revolving loan fund to fund projects such as these. The Director of Buildings & Grounds and the VP for Finance and Administration implement these LCCA practices in conjunction with the sustainability coordinator.
