The office is primarily focused on students. Staff member is available to students, incorporates programming, and regularly participates in activities with students.

Students are required to complete a cultural competency requirement for graduation. Faculty are asked in their entrance interviews to detail their experience in these areas. Staff and faculty are asked to complete a virtual training on bias.There is no formal program for staff, but many take courses on campus within these topics.
