Sustainability Across the Curriculum Faculty Interest Group

A brief description of the innovative policy, practice, program, or outcome that outlines how credit criteria are met and any positive measurable outcomes associated with the innovation:
RVCC's Center for Teaching, Learning and Scholarship has established a Sustainability Across the Curriculum Faculty Interest Group (FIG). The proposal document for this FIG is provided below. This FIG has monthly meetings for interested faculty. In FY22 this FIG discussed readings that could be incorporated into courses, collected and disseminated resources, held a campus scavenger hunt to find sustainability features of campus, and launched a grant program for faculty to research the incorporation of sustainability into their courses.
