The Office for Diversity and Inclusion offers various diversity training programs including the Multi-cultural Training Program for Faculty Search Committees and the Multi-cultural Competency Certificate Program previously cited in PAE Credit 6: Diversity and Equity Coordination.
RIT’s Center for Professional Development (CPD) provides programming for all employees that facilitate their professional growth and development. Through our instructor led courses as well as our online courses through E-Learning Zone, CPD is a unique resource providing single point access to hundreds of educational opportunities and training programs from best-in-class providers, both internal and external to
