Part 1. Greenhouse gas emissions inventory

Has the institution conducted a GHG emissions inventory within the previous three years that includes all Scope 1 and 2 emissions? :
Yes

A copy of the most recent GHG emissions inventory:
A brief description of the methodology and/or tool used to complete the GHG emissions inventory:
OP-1 and OP-2 Greenhouse Gas Scope 1: (Direct from Stationary Combustion) Methodology
Data source: fuel consumption from utility bills (boilers and rooftop units); fuel consumption calculated from runtime hours and engine fuel firing rate (emergency generators). Calculation method: EPA “Direct Emissions from Stationary Combustion” guidance document (December 2020) https://www.epa.gov/sites/default/files/2020-12/documents/stationaryemissions.pdf. Specific calculations with annotations included in attached spreadsheet

OP-1 and OP-2 Greenhouse Gas Scope 2: (Indirect from Purchased Electricity) Methodology
Data source: electricity purchased from utility bills. Calculation method: EPA “Indirect Emissions from Purchased Electricity” guidance document (December 2020) https://www.epa.gov/sites/default/files/2020-12/documents/electricityemissions.pdf. Specific calculations with annotations included in attached spreadsheet
