A brief description of when and why the building energy consumption baseline was adopted:
We chose the baseline year simply because it was the same year that we used for the baseline for our ghg inventory.
None
A brief description of any building temperature standards employed by the institution:
A Johnson MetaSys BAS system monitors and controls space temp and other subsystems across the campus, withthe exception of two small buildings. (~ 427KGSF is on the BAS )
None
A brief description of any light emitting diode (LED) lighting employed by the institution:
Our outdoor wall pak lights are converted to LED as they are replaced. All future wallpaks will be LED.
None
A brief description of any occupancy and/or vacancy sensors employed by the institution:
PIR sensors are used in several of our buildings, but many buildings have not yet seen lighting/lamping/control upgrades.
Timers and lighting sensors are used on our road and walkway lighting.
