A brief description of the institution’s employee community service initiatives:
Annually, all faculty, staff, and administrators participate in paid service days. Faculty and staff are also encouraged to participate in annual service trips to Haiti and Guatemala and are recognized for their service. Service is recognized in merit compensation and tenure consideration.

We currently have no way of tracking online students' community service so we can't account for 52% of our FT student body.
