From the Able Custodial Service contract: Contractor shall determine the method, details, and means of performing the services required under this agreement. Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, tools, materials, supplies, uniforms, transportation, communication, scaffolding, hoisting, safety equipment, supervision and coordination necessary to perform the services, including but not limited to supplying its own "green" cleaning chemicals, CRI approved vacuums, microfiber mops and towels. However, Saint Mary's shall obtain its own paper supplies either by separate agreement with Contractor or by third party vendor.
