With any renovation project or new construction of bathrooms or laundry rooms, the College seeks state of the art water conservation fixtures as replacement, including low flow toilets/waterless urinals, electronic faucets and energy star rated laundry facilities.
With any renovation project or new construction, the College complies with Title 20, State of California Energy Commission energy efficiency standards. Additionally, HVAC systems are replaced and updated with more energy efficient ones.
