COVID-19 Survey 01/05/2021
In this study, faculty members, classified professionals, and administrators/supervisors were assessed on well being, open ended responses, and returning to work.
The well being section included five questions which related to remote work satisfaction, and open ended feedback. Responses were recorded using a survey scale.
The return to work section included six questions which related to the concerns about returning to work in person and safety measures that would satisfy requirements for returning to work.
The open ended response section included feedback on ways of improving working remotely.

A brief description of the mechanism(s) by which the institution addresses issues raised by the evaluation:
With the survey responses, the college’s councils and committees have a better understanding of employee needs, and focus on improving employee satisfaction during a pandemic.
This survey showed that:
staying connected and having needs met in order to work remotely were of importance
getting exposed to COVID-19 and decreased flexibility were greater concerns in regards to returning to work in person
vaccinations, deep cleaning, and wearing masks would be preferred in order to make returning to work in person safe.
