In 2011 Associated Students of SDSU adopted a policy that all computer replacement units will be EPEAT silver or higher. Based on employee FTEs the A.S. policy covers approximately 5% of employee computer purchases. SDSU no longer supports centralized computer purchasing and departments and units may have individual standards for faculty and staff computers.
