SDSU contracted a third party vendor to assess employee satisfaction of all employee groups. The vendor provided senior management with detailed reports based on a campuswide data collection process.

SDSU contracted a third party vendor to assess employee satisfaction of all employee groups. The vendor provided senior management with detailed reports based on a campuswide data collection. Senior management chose top three issues to address and establish a working group for each. Through research and focus groups, the working group presented recommendations for senior management.
