The Green Office Certification Program provides faculty and staff with an informational presentation as well as environmental consulting that focuses on sustainable improvements. We host an award ceremony each semester to show recognition and award the Greenest Office and Most Improved Office.
The Professors of Equity and Education provide trainings in Implicit Bias and in Implicit Bias in the hiring process to educate staff about diversity issues.
SDSU supports staff development programs on diversity, ethics and waste avoidance/reduction, and employee health and well-being trainings offered through the employee assistance program.

Additional sustainability related professional development opportunities are available through the CSU Chancellor's Office for CSU employees. Examples include fee waivers for qualified CSU employees to enroll in courses and the annual California Higher Education Sustainability Conference. We have partnered with organizations to provide LEED GA training opportunities on campus.
