We use a Just in Time inventory process. This ensures there is enough stock to produce only what is needed, when you need it. We are able to get daily deliveries to ensure we have enough products for high volume needs without having excess waste. Seasonal and local items are purchased throughout the year and taken advantage of whenever possible.
