A brief description of the farmers’ market:
Sewanee has provided and will continue to provide space for the Cumberland Farmer's Market to convene on campus. The Cumberland Farmer's Market is a community-run market providing local products from family farms in the South Cumberland region of Tennessee run by Jess Wilson. The market occurs on Tuesday evenings at the community center. This market is a project of the Cumberland Farmer’s Market 501c3, a public benefit corporation focused on building a vibrant and just local food economy.
