The Employee Advisory Committee sends out an annual email survey asking various questions regarding employee satisfaction, workplace satisfaction, etc. These surveys can be done either online (confidentially) or on a paper survey conducted at the school's dining hall.

Although the specific issues that have been raised from surveying is confidential, the Employee Advisory Committee takes the information obtained from the survey to the Board of Trustees to use in decision making for the University.
