A brief description of the policies and/or guidelines to improve outdoor air quality and minimize air pollutant emissions from mobile sources:
Anti-Idling Ordinance passed by the city of Saratoga Springs on February 17th 2013, as a result of lobbying by Skidmore College's Cool Cities Working Group. Skidmore College's Motor Vehicle Policy, specifies that all local ordinances must be followed. In addition, this policy specifies that vehicle warm-up times cannot exceed 10 minutes.
