The Assistant Director of Campus Services has implemented a Green Cleaning program that utilizes Green Seal product lines. As of 2009 SRU has had guidelines to purchase “green seal certified products” through our vendors for the chemicals we use for daily custodial cleaning procedures. The Custodial Supervisors are only allowed to purchase these products for staff use.

SRU has transitioned most of the cleaning products in use to Green Seal-approved products. However, there is currently not a official policy available to reference.
