The Macoskey Center, part of the main campus, includes 71 acres of farm and preserved natural property including the original homestead house, community gardens, market gardens, a barn, a springhouse, a chicken coop, a greenhouse, and composting areas. The area considered "farm" property is less than 5 acres, and the balance of the Macoskey Center property is Audubon Society sanctuaries and nature/hiking trails.
