A brief description of the method(s) used to gather data about student commuting, including the timeframe for when the analysis was conducted and how a representative sample was reached, if applicable:
A student commute habit survey was conducted in fall 2016. Nearly 450 South Seattle students completed the survey, approximately 5.3% of all students enrolled that quarter (includes full and part-time students). Approximately 37% of those enrolled were full-time students. Data above and below was directly taken from survey result as a representative sample.
