Vegetarian and vegan options are offered during all meal periods and at both dining halls on campus. The sandwich shop and mexican food outlet both offer vegetarian and vegan options.

Vegetable Fried Rice
Yakisoba hand tossed with vegetables
Tofu and vegetable sautee
