The Civic Engagement Program hosts a variety of small- and large-scale service events throughout the year. Along with national days of service including Make a Difference Day and Martin Luther King, Jr. Day, we plan and implement Alternative Breaks three times per year; coordinate annual community service events for incoming students; and organize recurring volunteer events for individuals and small groups. Along with community service opportunities offered through the CE Program, myriad courses require students to fulfill community-based learning hours.
