A brief description of the institution’s methodology for evaluating employee satisfaction and engagement:
Employee satisfaction and engagement has been evaluated by specific departments. The Facilities Management and Planning department conducted an anonymous survey of all department staff to evaluate employee satisfaction and work climate. The survey included questions on opportunities for professional development, communication within the department, opportunity to engage in decision making, satisfaction with compensation, work load, etc.

The results of the survey were reviewed by the department director and supervisors of each unit within the department to address any issues raised.
