Southern Oregon University contracted with Skyfactor Benchworks (Skyfactor) to administer the 2020 Campus Climate, Safety and Sexual Assault survey. The SOU Office of Equity and Diversity sent an email invitation with a link to complete the survey in February 2020 to roughly 800 faculty/staff employees and 4,000 students. Skyfactor provided a proprietary survey instrument consisting of scaled questions that measure agreement with statements related to equity, diversity and inclusion. Using validated analytical and benchmarking methods, Skyfactor delivered summary data, peer comparisons, and performance evaluation.

2020 Survey conducted and data determined invalid given low response rate (9%) and vendor- definitions of respondent descriptions inconsistency with campus definitions. For this reason, the report was not made public.
