2019 Survey conducted through the Greatest Colleges to Work for Survey. Survey sent to random selection which equaled 61% of the workforce for employee satisfaction in the following areas: Collaborative governance, Compensation and benefits, confidence in senior leadership, diversity, facilities, workspace and safety, job satisfaction, professional/career development programs, respect and appreciation, supervisor relationship, teaching environment (faculty only), tenure clarity process (faculty only), work/life balance.
