Southwestern University works with the Georgetown Boys and Girls Club where college students have the opportunity to work with middle school and elementary students to teach them the importance of gardening and help develop community gardens in the Georgetown area. 3 student interns work 5 hours per week throughout the majority of the academic year with faculty providing additional hours.
