A brief description of the institution’s wellness and/or employee assistance program(s):
Southwestern University offers various employee assistance programs through our health insurance vendors. Some of these services include discounted dental and vision services, referral services and wellness websites.
Employees have access to the Corbin J. Robertson Center facilities and the opportunity to participate in fitness classes offered through SIRA. The SU Fit Club offers daily opportunities for employees to participate in various fitness classes.
Through the medical insurance website, employees who have medical coverage, have access to wellness topics and newsletters,
We are currently reviewing the group health insurance program and may add a wellness component in the coming years.
