A list and brief description of the continuing education courses that address sustainability:
Ecolab was offered as a continuing education course that was not for academic credit from Fall 2015 through Fall 2016 before it became a for-credit course. During this year, students performed on-site lab experiments and research regarding biodiversity, soil and water contamination, and invasive species presence and removal. The course focused on sustaining these 25 acres of university-owned land as an ecological site and analyzed the effects of human influence on the terrain and species populations. It was overseen by Dr. Weigand of the Chemistry Department
