Yes

A brief description of the assessment process and the framework, scorecard(s) and/or tool(s) used:
Two professors in the Sociology department conducted a campus climate survey in the spring of 2016. The description reads, "This survey focuses on students' perceptions and experiences related to the campus climate at Southwestern University in terms of race, gender, sexual orientation, religion, and overall student identity. A campus climate includes people’s “behaviors within a learning environment…that influence whether an individual feels personally safe, listened to, valued, and treated fairly and with respect.”[1] More specifically, we are interested in ways in which race, gender, sexual orientation, and religion may impact these factors. Filling out this survey should take you approximately 45 minutes. Your name won't be traced/connected to your survey responses and you are free to skip any questions that you may deem to be too sensitive to answer. If you choose to participate or withdraw from the study, your grades and relationship at Southwestern University will not be affected. Any information in responses to the open-ended questions that can reveal the identity of individuals will be kept strictly confidential. In addition, such information will be removed from survey responses prior to data analysis. Completion of the survey shall be regarded as giving your consent to have your responses included (again, your identity is kept confidential) in any presented or published analysis of this survey on campus, at professional conferences, or in scholarly journals."
