The Institution does not have a baseline to compare to, however we are below the minimum performance threshold of 5 reportable workplace injuries and occupational disease cases per 100 FTE employees. Furthermore the 2012 academic year is used as a baseline to compare the 2015 academic year since it also falls under the minimum performance threshold of 5 injuries per 100 employees.
