She also gave an on-demand lighting talk titled "Engaging Employees on Sustainability at Small Institutions: Empowering employees to be good to oneself, others, and the planet."

Southwestern University partnered with Dallas College, Rice University, Texas A&M University, University of Texas - Austin, and University of Texas Rio Grande Valley to host a virtual screening of "The Condor & The Eagle" for Campus Sustainability Month 2020. Southwestern also partnered with Huston-Tillotson University to host a virtual screening of "Cooked: Survival By Zip Code" in Feb/Mar 2021.
