All hazardous waste from three campuses is stored in a locked location with limited key-holders and is then disposed by 3rd-party company (Tomlinson).

Using 3rd-party company Tomlinson they safely dispose of all hazard waste on three campuses.
A brief description of any significant hazardous material release incidents during the previous three years, including volume, impact and response/remediation:
A mercury spill occurred in a lab which was then cleaned and safely disposed of by a spill response team from Tomlinson. A lab safety audit was then completed on all locations containing mercury and were disposed of safely and sustainably.

We partner with Recycle my Electronics to offer tri-campus E-waste recycling to staff, students and our communities. We started the recycling program in 2018 and in previous years we held E-waste drop off events.
