Documentation supporting the institution’s reported pay scale ratio:
Within our employee pay rate scales, a Sr. Vice-President makes 1 X 5.095 more the amount of our lowest paid PT Support employee. I have annualized the PT employee rate of pay, however, there is a different in hours worked in that the Support employee works 35 hours/week, and an administrative employee works 37.5/week. If I were to equalize the Support rate to 37.5 hours/week, then the differential would be 1 X 4.75 more if we equalize the pay and the Support staff was to work the same hours/week at 37.5 hours/week. The lowest rate paid employee who is a PT employee is $20.55.\hour (annualized to $37,401.00/year at 35 hours/week or $40,072.50 per year at 37.5 hours/week).
